Olivia Stiles, CRC, LPC
(she/her/hers)
Olivia works with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, life changes, attachment or relational concerns, as well as adjustment and behavioral challenges. Using strategies including EMDR, CBT, Attachment and Play Therapy, she offers holistic support, integrating evidence-based models with a focus on the body’s role in mental health. Clients of all ages are welcome including adults, adolescents, children, infants and their families.
Olivia strives to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore and address any challenges you may be experiencing. As a neurodiverse clinician, she understands that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Olivia meets you where you are, honoring your individual needs and preferences. Her approach is flexible and tailored, respecting that everyone experiences and processes their struggles uniquely. Olivia will explore and address your needs in a compassionate and authentic way.
