Nichole Zenz, LMFT (she/her/hers)
Nichole received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College, and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Nichole enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples. She has extensive experience providing therapy to children and adolescents/young adults. She is also skilled at offering therapeutic support for the parents of young clients. In addition to treating trauma, she assists clients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, self-esteem, couple and familial problems, and goal direction.
Nichole is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In sessions, she also includes mindfulness techniques, CBT, DBT, solution focused, and strength-based modules. Nichole prioritizes offering a safe and empathetic environment to better understand the nuances and complexities of her clients’ challenges. She guides her clients as they discover ways to cope with life’s challenges and help them feel empowered by the process of therapy.
