Kathryn Hardy, LCSW, SAC-IT (she/her/hers)
Kathryn feels that all individuals who are dealing with life’s difficult circumstances are capable of change and deserving of happiness. She supports individuals in their unique journeys of managing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and trauma. She has extensive experience working with clients with substance use concerns and post-traumatic stress, as well as those who are involved in the criminal justice system.
Kathryn is available to work with individuals, couples, children, and families experiencing a variety of concerns. She received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and believes that a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship provides space for individuals to heal. She helps clients to understand the ways in which our thoughts affect our feelings and behaviors, and to manage negative thinking patterns to improve self-esteem, decrease destructive behaviors, and improve relationships. She strives to support individuals by helping them to recognize their strengths, support, and potential to heal.
