Jodie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values providing a safe place for clients and welcomes marginalized identities, abilities, and bodies. Areas of interest and treatment focus include: anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, trauma/PTSD, codependency, life changes, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, culturally responsive care, perinatal/postnatal mental health, parenting, self-esteem, and grief and loss. The main treatment modalities that Jodie uses are Internal Family Systems (parts work), EMDR, nervous system informed approaches, and somatic therapies (mind/body connection). Jodie is also a certified yoga instructor.

There are many difficult times in life when connection and support make all the difference in the world. Jodie strives to offer a warm and calming presence and will meet you with encouragement and acceptance. Jodie believes that our bodies and emotions hold wisdom and by tuning into them we can experience deep insight and release tension and trauma. She is passionate about supporting clients in building a stronger connection to self, allowing for positive change and a deeper connection with others.
