Dayne Legreid, MS, LPC (he/him/his)
Dayne is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) experienced in working with children, teens, and adults. He believes everyone is capable of creating their own change and finding wellness. His approach to treatment involves working collaboratively with clients to embrace their own strengths while learning new strategies to overcome past and present life stressors. Dayne welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and believes that developing a supportive, non-judgmental space, built on mutual trust and respect, creates the strongest environment for healing and growth.
Dayne received his Master of Science (MS) degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in trauma treatment from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He uses multiple evidenced-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to address trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, loss & grief, self-esteem, and life transitions, and will adapt treatment to the unique needs and experiences of the client.
