The QUEST Client Portal is a secure location where you can go to:

 

• Upload your personal general information

• Enter your insurance information and upload your insurance card

• Review billing documents we send to you (includes invoices for individual sessions and monthly account statements)

• Make payments on your outstanding balance

 

To reach the QUEST Client Portal, you can simply click the link below. You will then be taken to a page where you enter your email, and a secure link will be emailed to you. You will then use that link to log into our site.  This process avoids the need to remember a user ID or password.
