Christina is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience providing support to people with mental health and substance use concerns. Christina works to create a welcoming and accepting environment and partners with her clients to create and work toward their treatment goals. Christina believes that everyone can create a life worth enjoying and sees herself as a guide in this process.

Christina uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach in her work and provides EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Gottman Method therapies. Christina has extensive experience in providing treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, parenting, substance use concerns and health anxieties. Christina welcomes people from the LGBTQIA+ community and treats children (8+), adolescents, adults, couples and families.
